池源,男,博士,研究员,任所“海洋空间规划与自然资源管理”团队负责人、自然资源部海岸带科学与综合管理重点实验室学科带头人。
主要从事海岛生态地理、海岸带空间评估与综合管理等方面研究工作。近年来,主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等科研项目,以第一作者在《Communications Earth & Environment》《Geoderma》《Land Use Policy》《生态学报》《海洋学报》等国外内主流期刊发表论文40余篇、出版学术专著2部;以第一发明人授权发明专利3项。获得海洋科学技术奖二等奖、山东省海洋科技创新奖一等奖等科研奖励,以及山东省高层次青年人才计划、自然资源部高层次科技创新人才工程青年科技人才、自然资源系统青年突击标兵、青岛市优秀青年岗位能手、海洋一所束星北青年学者等荣誉称号
兼任中国海洋学会/中国海洋湖沼学会海岸河口分会委员/副秘书长、中国自然资源学会湿地资源保护专业委员会委员、中国地理学会海洋地理专业委员会委员、《Environment, Development and Sustainability》副主编、《生态学杂志》首届青年编委等。
