孟俊敏,博士,自然资源部第一海洋研究所研究员,博士生导师,自然资源部高层次科技创新人才工程科技领军人才。2002年博士毕业于中国海洋大学物理海洋学专业。现任自然资源部第一海洋研究所遥感室副主任,自然资源部海洋遥测技术创新中心主任;兼任中国海洋湖沼学会海湖信息技术专业委员会副主任委员,中国卫星导航定位协会导航应用专业委员会副主任委员。
主要从事SAR海洋遥感应用、海洋内波遥感探测技术研究,主持国家自然科学基金重点基金、海洋公益性行业专项、国家863计划、全球变化与海气相互作用专项项目等课题10余项。近5年,作为第一作者或通讯作者在国内外学术刊物发表论文50余篇。
